  • Shipping & Delivery

    We offer free USPS Priority shipping for any order above $49 within the contiguous United States.

    Orders placed will ship within the next 2 to 3 business days.  Orders placed on Friday will not be shipped until Monday. Please contact our order department for more information.  Please note that the tracking numbers will not be active until they are scanned by the driver. (For example, if you have an order scheduled to ship on a Monday, we may box it on a Friday and send you the tracking info. However, the tracking info will not be valid until the driver picks it up on Monday.)

  • Returns & Replacements

    If there is a problem with your shipment, please let us know immediately, by contacting us.  In your email please include your order number and details.  At MaryJane Hemp Foods we are committed to 100% customer satisfaction.

    We Accept Payment PayPal. This ensures all sensitive data, such as credit card information and billing/shipping address be processed securely without any compromising factors.  Sales tax be charged to items shipped to the state of New York.  Promotions and NEW products will be available time to time on our web site , you will also be notified via Email if you registered to our Newsletter.

    You can see your order history, access specific order information and track orders in progress by clicking on the My Account or track your order links that are at the top of any MaryJaneHempFoods.com page.

  • Updating Account Information

    You can update your MaryJaneHempFoods.com account information by logging into your MaryJaneHempFoods.com account online. To do this, click on the My Account link located at the top of any MaryJaneHempFoods.com web page. You will then be asked to enter your email address and your password to access your account information.

    Once you have accessed the "My Account" page, on the left side of the page, you will see the listing of the items you can view and/or edit. Simply click on the item you wish to edit from the selection listed and make and save your updates as applicable.
